Corporate & Regulatory Licensing

Legal Entity: Wellness Sabbatical Bali is a premier brand operating under PT Juara Wisata Dunia, a legally registered Indonesian limited liability company.
Tourism Business License (SIUP): We hold a valid Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata (Tourism Business License) for a Travel Bureau (Biro Perjalanan Wisata), issued by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy). Our license number is available for verification upon request.
Taxpayer Identification (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer in Indonesia with a Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP), fulfilling all fiscal responsibilities as mandated by the Directorate General of Taxes.
Mandatory Labor Compliance (BPJS): All our Indonesian employees are fully registered and covered by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (the national social security program for workers) and BPJS Kesehatan (the national health insurance program), ensuring their welfare and our compliance with labor laws.
